Leek Potato and Spinach Soup – fire roasted pepper palmier and chive oil
Chicken Liver Parfait – with sun blushed tomato focaccia watercress and shallot salad and poached rhubarb
Panko Coated Pork Belly Fritters– with an orange and chicory salad, toasted pumpkin seeds and a Granny Smith apple puree
Glazed Smoked Haddock Rarebit – on toasted sour dough, with a soft poached egg and salsa verde
Whipped Montgomery Cheese Curd – with leeks a la Grecque, glazed beets and ripped olive oil croutes
Mains
Roast Sirloin of Beef – Yorkshire pudding, beef fat roasted carrot and pan jus
Roast Saddle of New Season Lamb – stuffed with spinach, wild mushroom and thyme, red currant jus
Corn Fed Chicken Breast – Creamed Hispy cabbage and Hunter sauce
Pan Roasted Sea Bass – with samphire, king prawn dumpling and a shellfish sauce
Spring Vegetable Tart (v) – courgette, basil and confit garlic
All are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Warm Baked Pear and Almond Sponge Tart – with apricot, vanilla sweetened cream and honeycomb ice cream
Dark Chocolate and Mint Marquise – raspberry syllabub, and mint choc chip ice cream
Classic Jam Roly Poly – real vanilla custard and clotted cream ice cream
Milk Chocolate and Orange Mousse – sandwiched between layers of hazelnut meringue with a salted caramel ice cream
Baked Orange Cheesecake – orange compote, yuzu madeleines and an orange and Cointreau ice cream
