If you want to relax and enjoy a delicious meal in Redmond’s Brasserie, we would recommend you reserve a table in advance so as not to be disappointed.

The dress code for Redmond’s Brasseries is smart casual, and while casual clothing is accepted, we politely request no flip flops or inappropriate sportswear be worn during your meal.

Please be aware, a £10 per person payment charge will be applied to your card if you do not arrive at your designated time or do not cancel your booking within 72 hours of arrival.

For residents staying overnight, Redmond’s is where you will find the buffet-style breakfast. It is also open every evening as the main brasserie-style restaurant.

The restaurant opens 6pm until 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 5.30pm until 9.30pm Saturday and Sunday, breakfast is served 7am until 10am weekdays, closing 10.30am at the weekend.

We cater to a wide range of dietary requirements, including religious observances. There are, for example, Halal meat options available.
