Located just 20 minutes from Chester, Carden Park Hotel is a venue that offers a variety of flexible spaces to accommodate charitable events.
Whether you are looking to host an intimate gathering for benefactors or a larger banquet to raise funds; our dedicated co-ordinators are here to help you to bring your vision to reality. Our charity events start from £39 per person (based on 150 guests).

The Event Spaces
We have private dining areas to cater for smaller groups of 10+ as well as event spaces to cater for up to 360 guests. Each room possesses its unique charms to complement your event. Our two main event venues are on the ground floor, so accessible to all guests. You are also able to hire our ground space on our 1,000-acre estate for a marquee.
The Venue Experience
Our dedicated and experienced events coordinators will be supporting you from the very beginning to the finale of your event. They will guide you through using our on-site facilities such as; branded mood lighting, plasma TVs, Bose sound system, and an in-built stage. As well as providing an extensive supplier list for comperes, DJs, room dressers and much more.
Going Above and Beyond
Our team know how important your fundraising is and will support you. Select from a 4-ball on our Championship Courses or spa morning for two in our 5-star facilities to use as part of your raffle. Alternatively, we can offer an auction prize. We will also include a complimentary room hire for parties 150+.
World-Class Event Catering
As a charity event, you will enjoy a heavily discounted banqueting menu. This will prepared by our Executive Chef Graham Tinsley MBE, who has cooked for the Royal Family and many notable events globally. This menu will be served in one of our private event spaces and will cater to all dietaries: view sample menu.
Charity Event Theming
Our venue has been home to black-tie galas dinners, auctions, dinner dances, and intimate private gatherings. We have an on-site theming team who you can collaborate with on your specific style, saving you a lot of time. We will always welcome external venue dressers should this be your preference.
Bespoke Charitable Events
We can cater to your specific requirements if your imagination is straying beyond a banqueting event. Whether this be a BBQ on the front lawn overlooking the beautiful Welsh hills, a quintessentially traditional afternoon tea luncheon, or an adrenaline-filled activity day. Charity Golf Days
Host a charity golf day on one of our two Championship Golf Courses; The Cheshire & The Nicklaus. Your day will start with a breakfast bap and a hot drink to fuel your attendees ready for the 18-holes ahead. After your welcome talk with our golf pro’s and registration, the competition can commence.
Your time on the course will be rounded up with a drinks reception and debrief on the bogeys and victories of the game at our Golf Clubhouse. Closely followed by a delicious three-course meal and awards presentation. Our golf events can cater from 12 up to 240 people and start from £90 per person.
