The culinary team at Carden Park have mastered the art of creating delicious and bespoke menus that will be sure to please all guests and budgets; including inclusive dishes to cater for specific dietary requirements in your team. The Kitchen is headed by Executive Chef Graham Tinsley MBE. An immensely talented chef who has regularly cooked for royalty and other notable official state events. Chef Tinsley proudly represents a team who have won multiple awards both together and individually for their creative flair and cooking talents.
Whether you are looking for a traditional hot buffet or a large gala dinner, to the more unique dining offerings such as intimate private fine dining or a fun summer BBQ. Our events team can work closely with you to tailor a menu to suit your specific company retreat. This works perfectly for events covering multiple-night stays, as we are able to offer variety to your guests while always ensuring the highest quality of any cuisine that we serve.
It is worth noting that our kitchen team is passionate about sourcing local, fresh produce for their dishes both for their standard and custom menus. This further adds to the high-quality meals you can expect to receive.
As a hotel venue set within 1,000 acres with 197 bedrooms we naturally lend ourselves favourably to large events that may not be as comfortably accommodated elsewhere. Our largest events space can accommodate up to 400 delegates. However, we do have a total of 18 event spaces which are perfect for breakout areas customised to your requirements. Whether this is designed for leisure activities for your guests or business-based meetings; maybe a combination of both. You are also able to take advantage of vast outdoor countryside space, appropriate for marquees and garden parties alongside our impressive indoor facilities.
As an independent large hotel, we can provide a total ‘buy-out’ option for ultimate corporate retreat privacy. A charm that Carden Park Hotel can offer that might not be feasible for chain hotels. This has worked particularly well for those looking to host exhibition stands.
We also have a large amount of complimentary car parking spaces for your entire party. With the option to reserve designated areas for exclusive use. In the past, we have been home to events that require coach parking as well as specific vehicle-based events like Vintage Car Rallies and new car exhibitions. Making yet another unique proposition for similar events.
Carden Park’s owner and highly renowned house builder Steve Morgan CBE is dedicated to continually investing in the hotel’s facilities. Most recently we have finished a luxury refurbishment of our main events room; The Carden Suite. This was a total investment of £440,000. The space boasts contemporary, elegant decor choices that seamlessly blend with any brand’s style making it an incredibly versatile venue.
