The Management Trainee Programme

Testimony to our award-winning formula for success is that more than 70% of trainees are retained within a management position on completion of the training scheme. This is, without doubt, one of our proudest achievements and a significant benefit to our hotel.

Our Management Trainee Programme is a two-year course designed to enhance knowledge and provide trainees with good all-around operational experience whilst giving exposure to varying types of hotel environments. Trainees work across our hotel spending approximately three months in each department to gain valuable experience in all areas of hotel operations.

Full support is given throughout a trainee’s programme and at the end of the course, assistance is provided with finding a permanent position.

Carden Park Hotel aims to meet a demand in the industry for good quality hotel staff with management potential. It seeks to provide a unique service to dedicated, enthusiastic and determined young people who wish to forge a life-long career in hospitality.
