The Peach and Hibiscus Gin Liqueur is made by Scottish Gin company, Boë.

Boë create the gin in small batches combining the crystal clear waters from the glens of ancient Scotland and infuse with hand picked botanicals and spices, leaving a full flavoured, smooth gin.

Carden Estate Reserve Sparkling Wine is an award winning, English produced sparkling wine using the grapes grown in the onsite vineyard here at Carden. We might be slightly biased, but we do believe it is the best in Cheshire.

Together, the cocktail offers a sharp, sweet glass of fizz, perfect to end the Summer with.
