Carden Park members Professionals’ Day competition

Author: David Llewellyn (Head Golf Professional)

Sunday 6th June saw 85 golfers take part in the Carden Park Professionals’ Day Competition. The day was organised by our team of Golf Professionals as a “thank you” to all of our members. The team, Jack Roycroft, Mike Platt, Ian Rowlands, and David Llewellyn welcomed the members, handed out the scorecards, and acted as official starters.  The Professionals also ran a “find the straightest driver” and putting competition as well as a “Beat the Pro” challenge on the short 15th hole.

The weather was perfect for golf, and Dougie and his Greenkeepers team did a fantastic job of getting the course in superb condition. Read on to find out the winners.
