Ho, ho, ho! A magical adventure awaits you at Carden Park this December.

Santa’s Elves have made little hiding places throughout the hotel to relax after a busy year of present making, wrapping and sleigh maintenance.

On each of the elf doors you’ll find a letter… spell out the word and tell our reception team to claim your special reward from Santa!

Jolly

Job: Naughty and Nice List Checker
Likes: Snowball fights and telling stories

Jolly is one of Santa’s most cheerful helpers
in the North Pole. He believes that everyone
has the potential to be on the Nice List and
he’s always there to lend a hand, a hug or a
little Christmas magic to help guide others
towards kindness.

Find Jolly’s Door:
Where flowers bloom and guests walk in,
Jolly waits with a cheeky grin.
On the table near the sign,
At Carden Park, his door you’ll find!

Joy

Job: Mail and Christmas List Processor
Likes: Warm hugs and reading

Joy is one of the most warm-hearted and
friendly elves in the North Pole. As the
keeper of Santa’s mail, she ensures that no
letter goes unnoticed. Whether it’s a simple
wish list, a heartfelt thank you or a special
note for the jolly old man, Joy carefully sorts
through each letter to make sure Santa
receives them all in time

Find Joy’s Door:
Joy’s door is waiting, just look around,
A post box is part of where it’s found.
Outside Goldie’s Lounge, take a peek,
Letter Her hidden door is yours to seek!

Noel

Job: Reindeer Carer
Likes: Sledging and animals

Noel is a gentle soul known across the
North Pole for his deep love and care for
animals. As the chief caretaker for Santa’s
reindeer, Noel spends his days making sure
they are all healthy, happy and full of festive
energy. When he isn’t busy tending to his
furry friends, Noel can be found sledging
down the snowy hills nearby.

Find Noel’s Door:
Noel’s door is hidden with cheer,
In a floral hall that leads quite near.
A sledge waits outside, ready to glide,
Look for his door by the Leisure Club’s side!

Holly

Job: Christmas Decorator
Likes: Twinkling Lights and Baking

Holly is the North Pole’s decorating
extraordinare, bringing festive magic to
every corner of Santa’s workshop and
beyond. In her spare time, Holly can be
found in her kitchen baking her favourite
Christmas treats

Find Holly’s Door:
Holly’s door is waiting, so bold,
In a corridor where stories unfold.
Between a florist and hairdresser’s space,
Look for the red door, in this special place!

Elfie

Job: Sleigh Mechanic
Likes: Skiing and painting

Elfie is the North Pole’s resident sleigh
expert, ensuring Santa’s iconic ride is in top
condition for its magical Christmas Eve
flight. He often teaches young elves how to
properly take care of the sleigh and helps
them fix their snowmobiles. A thrill-seeker
at heart, Elfie can be found skiing down the
slopes of the North Pole when he’s not
tending to the sleigh

Find Elfie’s Door:
Elfie’s door is set for the snow,
With skis outside, ready to go.
At the base of a blue wall, you’ll find,
‘Carden Suite’ marks the spot, so keep that
in mind!
